I’m Denise Kennedy

I’m a wellness educator and certified nutritionist serving over 70 wellness centers in the Southeast. I’ve devoted the last 30 years of my life to helping people understand and improve their relationships with food so they can create a plan to live a healthier life.

I’m also a woman of deep faith and my work with clients goes so much further than nutritional changes.

After all, our patterns and choices often stem from things we learned as children. So when we can uncover the root causes of our beliefs about food, ourselves, and how we are truly made in the image of God, we can begin shifting our habits and creating an abundant life.

The truth is that there’s no staying the same—you’re either increasing toward health & longevity or declining through imbalance—resulting in ill health; you’re either going forward or backward!
